Ok so This time Jeff and I are realling taking the health thing seriously..

For real real, Rae Rae.....

We hit the gym 4 times in the week. I watch my weight drop 2 lbs than go back up.

My body is sore, but Im still going to go. I forgot how good it feels to stretch when you been working out.

current weigh in is 198 goal 170 and 28 lbs to go.

Ok well we escaped the storms. Well nothing bad has happened with all that crazy wind and rain. I have never seen somuch tree carnage. I guess the trees from being dry for sooo long start sucking up the rain and get heavy and than the window blows huge branches off the trees as they cant support the new weight ( Read more... )

My Christmas was very nice. Celebrated early Sunday the 23 with Jeff than Christmas Eve in Modesto with family. I forget how loud a pack of children can be. I asked them to give me 10 minutes of silnence. MY brother Paul said..... Little brother you lived alone way tooo long.... HEhehe I think he is right. Trucking through school. 2 more years to go whooo hooo than ill have my degree and can start looking for a state job with better benies and union etc!
