For the past several years on more than a few occasions I’ve tried to hook my friends up with girls they either told me they liked or girls I thought would be good matches for them. Honestly though, I’ve tried maybe twenty or so times full heartedly and I’ve never, ever been successful. It never really was that I tried to hook all my friends up;

It usually helps setting guy friends up when you're a girl. Usually.

But then something happens, like the girl he likes thinks you like him, and that complicates things a lot.

It's sad that it just doesn't always work out perfectly, like you want it to, though. I hate that everything usually backfires, and the one person that was trying to make it work gets blamed for everything screwing up.

Did any of that make sense? I tried not to make it confusing, but that doesn't tend to work out for me in the long run.
