Cindy! Finnick likes the attention and he likes flirting just for fun, so he's been enjoying their conversations. He can also tell that she's also got more going on than a pretty face, and that she's been through some things. So she's been a good influence on the not going crazy front, because she encourages the more genuine flirty, friendly side of him. But she's more likely to get political talk as they get closer than personal. I think, anyway, you never know how these things go! |D Basically he likes her and they get along well.

I need to tag you with Kairi and Babs more - especially Babs, who could use a good sassy lady friend! She liked Cindy and thought she was smart, which is a good first impression for her.

Haha okay so one, he is really relieved she is a thief and not a hooker, because that was kind of worrying. Finnick likes her - she's obviously a little off, and he has a soft spot for the crazy ones. It's why he doesn't really lay on the act with her. Finnick's genuine, base personality is fun-flirtatious and self-deprecating. But most of the time when he's aggressively coming on to someone it's either to get something or it's defensive in some way. Parker is someone he wants to get a better feel for before he starts up the conversational flirting, since she said she doesn't enjoy it past a certain point - but he does think it might be fun to help her out a bit. Like I told Breeze he likes the idea of teaching people how to do things that aren't killing. Plus she's amusing and seems resourceful, which are both other qualities he likes.

Finnick likes her a lot, and she pings him pretty hard in a couple of ways. For example the open relationship thing interests him a lot, because he has a similar thing with Annie out of necessity. And although he's pretty aware that his relationship with sex/sexuality is really messed up in a lot of ways, he thinks she might understand that. Plus she's attractive, just plain fun to flirt with, and what started as a more ingratiating kind of flirting has sort of subsided into his more natural approach. He's been much more genuine with it recently than he was the first time they talked. Not to mention she's just a nice person, and he hasn't met very many of those.

And hello to you too ;) Finnick's first impression of her is a good one - a nice girl who is very, very fun to tease and to flirt with. He likes that kind of reaction so he's going to keep doing that. The more she blushes the more encouraged he will be. :)

Okay, Rakan is definitely one of Finnick's favorites, both because he's very fun to flirt with and because he seems very genuine in his reactions and that's something Finnick doesn't get to see that often. He's also pretty curious about why Rakan's so sympathetic to their cause, and he's curious about his relationship with Chigusa - although mostly he just thinks it's very cute. Mostly he's going to keep being a terrible flirt to get those fun reactions. :3
