The height of those two girls, and the extreme shortness

Of those two boys, do they hold the power within that dance?

Or are they simply toys?

Vicky! I like your poem. I love the repetition of "that" (as in "that dance" and "that boy" and "that couple"). The disconectedness works well with the scene and compliments it nicely. Well done on capturing the awkwarness of the Bar Mitzvah and the tweens mixed emotions. =] =] =]

Hey Victoria Buedo. Your poem was really well connected with the stimulus. You have a very distinct and interesting frame of mind, which is expressively conveyed throughout your poem. Many of the issues raised throughout your poem are really powerful in their representation of teenagers and their first dance with a girl or boy. Keep it up!
