"Paperless" means "fewer books", though not NO books. Everyone having a laptop does widely open some doors as to what I can have my kids read. We'll be using the official class textbooks on occasion, but also doing a great deal of reading online. That is so cool! I've long wondered if the new transitions to computers would allow more students (in these days of overcrowded classrooms) to have partial home schooling via computers. I've been thinking about it since I took some online college courses, and wondering if there is a market out there for really GOOD learning software, not the fluff stuff I see advertised on TV.
