Gifts Giving: Do's & Don'ts

In the spirit of gifts giving, I have a few advice for the gentlemen buying "clothes" for their girlfriends.

yeah, i think people should just buy their own gifts sometimes. it makes so much more sense because every christmas, there's the stress and pressure of getting your friend a gift that's about the same monetary value as the one they got you. so me and my friends decided to not do the whole gift-exchanging thing last year and this year. it's working out great because everyone isn't as stressed.

hahah I totally agree with you on this. I mean we're all grown ups.. just get drunk together and have fun =) and it doesn't help when we're all broke.

What if your gf comes from money and has very expensive taste? My ex is like that as she only likes really expensive clothes.

Also, the only reasonable and affordable stores near Lowell are around phesant lane mall areas in Nashua. But the kind of clothes that I can afford to buy and would still be considered a good gift by my ex can only be found some at some remote factory outlets in Maine (like Kittery or Freeport). Too far away...
