agree or disagree?
I've been 26 for almost a week now.. nothing much physically has changed.
my fingers still look the same.
my toes do look a lil older.
my hair's still blonde.
wait. wait. i think i see a line on my forehead. over the hill wrinkles? YIKES =/
but then again my belief is...

Most definitely. And not just from a maturity standpoint. Depending on how you take care of yourself and some genetics, a person can look pretty young for their age.
For example, you look great! And from all the picts I see of you, it would be easy for me to say you look 20-21 years old.
Taking care of yourself, staying in shape, dressing contemporary, having a great attitude, being yourself as opposed to trying to "act your age" -- all of this contributes to your "real" age as opposed to your biological age. I'd rather look/appear younger than I am, than look/appear older than I am.
And yeah, I do dig the pink skirt ;-).
