I am extremely upset that no one turned me onto Lost earlier. I possibly have no one to blame but myself... but I still blame any other Lost fans who didn't light the fire in my proverbial hearth. I'm most of my way through the first season now and... that was the best episode... ever ( Read more... )

Oh man, you can totally blame me! I love that show. My whole family got into it last year. Woo family bonding.

PS:I have zero jobs, I am possibly failing two classes, I can’t wait to see you over break, and I got into a fight with a sorority girl at a party tonight. I think you win.

We should have a marathon over break! For either Lost, or the OC, which my own family is obsessed with... I think you win for the bonding, because the OC is a scary thing to be obsessed with.

PS: Jobs are overrated, I took easy classes, I can't wait to see you either!, and... this is a story I have to hear.

I'm in favor of a marathon for sure. The story is pretty un interesting it was just a case of some poor girl who was severely drunk, had inhaled far too much hairspray while getting ready, and whose boyfriend hit on anything that moved. Apparently that's a bad combination. I come home the wednesday before thankgiving. Yay!

Thank you! I still haven't seen the last few episodes of season 1, or anything from season 2, but I accidentally spoiled myself when checking to see when new episodes were starting, rather than re-runs. I've just been illegally downloading... and I rented a disk yesterday. It's really addicting.

You know, I wondered where they filmed it! That's really funny. The only connection I think I could make to it is that they had their launch party at the restaurant my aunt manages, and she set the whole thing up...

Yeah, but I think my jobs are way easier than what you have to go through :/ but then again, I looked for them for two months before finding anything good. How is school for you?

I work at a library, where I just shelve books and sit at the circulation desk. Then I also work at a Center for Global Affairs, where I set up/work/etc events like symposiums and various panels for graduate students at the school. They're both sort of boring... but they pay the bills.
