What a weird sight!

I was at a red light and I saw a woman walking around with a CUP (one of
those plastic cups you can get at a fast food place (plastic not paper)
on top of her head! She had it strapped on but I'm like WTF cuz its on
top of her head LOLOLOLOLOL. We do have reallllllly strange people here
in DC.

it looks like a bizaare pilates thing where you have to walk and balance a cup on your head to improve your core. Or... something.

Yeah, that would make sense but it's definitely a funny sight to see in a 100+ degrees weather.
