What kind of source files are you working with? If you are vidding with non-compressed avi files that's the most likely suspect. Try VOB or non-compressed (huffyuv)instead.
Mostly with mp4 files, which is probably why the error appears on the mcmp4plug.dll module, or at leasts that's what it says. I'd love to work with VOBs, but some of the files needed are not to be found in such extention, I can only find them in youtube or other online sources.
