Thank you! <3 Well, they're pratically hurt themselves in a weird way. I imagine Ratchet has a little area mentally cordoned-off for the eventual gestalt pile that shows up when one or more of them gets hurt badly enough to have to stay.

Poor Silverbolt, though D: That would be disconcerting, to feel like you're missing an appendage.

And total d'aw, Fireflight making sure Blades isn't lonely - the image of him draped over Blades is the most adorable thing EVAR. I can just picture Blades groaning and sighing reluctantly, and then snuggling into Fireflight just so, hee!

Yeah, even knowing it could be replaced, I imagine everything in you saying you're missing an arm and then seeing that you're not but it's just so damaged it might as well be would be freakyyyyyy.

In my headcanon at least, Fireflight can't have anyone being lonely around him because he always compulsively imagines himself in their place and he hates it. Obviously he's about the only one out of the Aerials other than Silverbolt who actually INTERACTS with the Ark crew, the insular bastards. Well, of course Blades can't just accept Fireflight snuggles, Slingshot could be watching! Nevermind that he'll find out eventually.
