Cingular - Part 2
Well, I just got off the phone with a different customer rep at cingular. This lady was nice and helpful and credited the second $36 activation fee along with a couple of other small charges. All in all, I negotiated my bill down from $277.08 to $194.55. There are still some taxes and federal service charges applied to the non-working number I
