MY UPPER BODY HURTS SOOOO BAD. Sunday I worked out for the first time in over a year. I ran, I biked. But, I think Aikido is a lot more difficult that tea-kwon-do and it's easy to injure yourself if one is not careful. Drink lots of water, put a hot compress over the sore muscles (maybe even a hot bath or shower), and take a muscle relaxer or a tylenol and that should help.
