Why do people who live in this apartment complex not seem to understand that the spaces under the car ports belong to their respective renters. Each space is numbered with an apartment number. This is the THIRD time I've had to ask some douche bag to move his car out of my parking spot.

It's really irritating.

It's because as you stated they are douche bags. Next time just get them towed. That will teach them.
