This is amazing, so sharply funny and a little sweet under the biting wit and really, it's the absolute perfect Quinn and Santana friendship fic.

I love this fic so much that even though it's not shippy in any way, I totally ship them now. One of the best, most hilarious stories I've read.

So the fact that Santana was basically in the same clubs as Quinn (with the same commendations), in her sophomore year led the Cheerios as captain to a national championship, and is incredibly intelligent has no bearing upon what college's she could or could not get into. Absolutely not. It's that Affirmative Action thing. I really don't think you get how Affirmative Action works. I've actually seen this multiple times in fics. People discrediting Santana's accomplishments in the face of her being a person of color. The glaring racist(and could be accidental and certainly privilege denying) attitudes in the Glee fandom are thoroughly disheartening.

Also, it's 'transgender' not 'transgendered'. You cisgender privilege and resulting ignorance is showing.

Thank you for commenting! I'm sorry that what I wrote offended you. I know that once something is posted, everyone forms their own interpretation, regardless of the intent of the author, but I'd like to plead my side a little. Santana is an intelligent person, and was an outstanding member in two clubs, which would ensure entry to many high-level private colleges. And there are currently a variety of federal and private organizations offering scholarships to minority students, which would ensure that money is not an issue in school selection. The joke that I was trying to make there is that, as a clever person, Santana would be aware of these facts and take full advantage of them in order to attend whatever college she so chose. I'm sorry that this apparently fell flat for you ( ... )
