Very nice for an oekaki, I always have trouble using those things. Out of curiosity, did you draw the line art in black and white first, and then color over top of it?
This was only my second oekaki in several years, so I was experimenting a lot. =P Basically I started sketching with a light-colored "pencil" tool, then outlined it, then decided to go with the "watercolors" over it. =p
I do have a tablet, but I have trouble making line art appear smooth with it, ugh. That's why I prefer to scan an inked drawing and then color it in Photoshop/whatever. ^^
