So after all that drama, Tito has come back to Countshire a changed man.
Kind of.
He's not so much changed as he is deeply, deeply afraid. He pretty much glimpsed madness that night, was a witness to murder- and he has to live with the fact that he advocated and championed this decision. But "do unto others as I would do unto you" is not something he believes in, and he does have an almost mercenary view of events outside his little circle of himself, Ren and Michael - which is why it's those two's changes which seem to be affecting him most.
You could probably describe Tito as being close to amoral. He was scared that night, not because human lives were being destroyed, but because he was frightened that Michael might turn on him. He was scared that now that Michael had a taste of killing, he might find that things like blood ties were easily overlooked, and Tito was scared at the end of that night because he'd been thrust into a high position at such a young age, where he could easily mess up and give Michael a reason to kill him. He was absolutely fine at taking on such a high powered (emphasis on "power" there) job before hand, because he didn't think Michael was capable of that kind of thing.
And then Michael tried to snap him out of it by giving him a gun and telling him to shoot him if he ever got that out of control again, and for the first time in...well, his life, I think, all that stress and fear built up and he absolutely snapped at Michael - which was what Michael wanted. And Tito got angrier because he'd been played by his older brother. If Tito had not been there with Michael and Lorenzo that night, he probably would have accepted the gun with a blank smile and continued with his day, but during that night he had grown to see Michael as a threat or a predator, with himself as the prey. And lions do not give sheep fangs to fight back with. Which made the poor guy extra easy to play like some kind of tightly-strung violin.
Then, there's his relationship with Ren which has kind of gone down the drain at the moment. She rightly outraged at what they've done, and he's angry that she can't see what they've done for her, but at the same time hates himself for hating back because. Right now he sort of wants to pedastalise his sister, and keep her fresh and clean and out of the underworld he and Michael have descended into. And because he wants so much for her, he gets very upset when she rejects him. Honestly he was sort of playing with the idea of just telling Ren he's sorry, and offering to take her anywhere in the world she wants to go, and then going with her. The only way he'd leave is if she was with him, at the moment. So his feelings for her are a sort of deep, abiding brotherly love, twisted up with anger at the fact that she doesn't understand that he did this for their family, not The Family.
Although, honestly, Tito isn't quite sure why he did it - he throws up excuses like "I did this to protect our family" "I did this to stop The Family going under" "I did this because I wanted to avenge father" and in a way, they're all true but...not to a huge extent. You could almost argue that he had no real, deep reason to do what he did - he did it because he thought it was what he should do, what was expected of him, and because he wanted to see what it was like to actually be a Real Mafia Man.
As fpr Lorenzo...well. Nothing has really changed about his interactions with Lorenzo but the fact that he's much more prone to be serious with him. He has slightly more respect for him now, for keeping his head in the face of danger. Tito recognises for the first time what Lorenzo has had to do as a professional henchman, and while he doesn't emphasise he does have a sort of grudging respect for him. Tito will always care about people from what he sees as "his family" (Michael, Ren - although he's unsure of what to make of Michael now) much much more than any other person in the world, and even if he did fall in love, someday, he would still put Michael and Ren's welfare far above that person's, so Lorenzo doesn't really stand a chance. But Tito respects him now, and that takes a lot, and a long time to accomplish.
Capriiii...Capri amuses Tito. She's sweet, and he's about as touched as he can be that this strange little girl seems to care for his family so much. He's not sure if he meant it or not, when he called her his little sister - he wonders if he might be using her as a replacement for Ren while Ren is pissed at him. But he also sees her as being an ego-boost for him - a sweet little girl, calling in on him and the others without encouragement - proof that the DeAngelo's can fool people into thinking they're normal, which is a strange source of pride for him. That and the fact that he sees anyone caring for him as a kind of weird ego-boost - he sucks at seeing people as friends.
That is...more or less it. Basically - Michael = fear, Ren = angelic, almost. Lorenzo = respect, Capri = ????. Tito = in serious need of therapy.
