So Im sitting here, actually on hold with the electric company (yes again-_-). Last week I tried to pay the damn fee because my mom gave me the money. Unfortunately the lady asked for the zip code of the "billing address" to confirm it. I was unclear with what she wanted and thought she wanted the zip of where the bill will be going. Turns out
