the new muse album is good. i didn't like supermassive black hole to start with, but it's grown on me, and i'm almost through listening to the rest of the album (people keep interrupting me). it's not as muse-like as the other albums, but i've only listened once so far, maybe the next time i listen to it i think it'll be more like them. pretty

i love it! my first listen through i wasn't bored with it. it appeals to my doof/dance side with the added bonus of muse! supermassive black hole grew on me too when it was first leaked. it's the singing :o but yeah, i like the new album, still biased to the older stuff of course but its all musey goodness ;D

i've had it on repeat all day today and i know what you mean by appealing to the dance side. there are about 3 songs so far that i really like, starlight (which seems a bit sort of soppy but i like it), Hexo Politics and Assassin. The slow ones i'm a bit meh about but only because i think muse do a better job of playing fast stuff than slow.

ahh yes those two i like too. i'd heard a crap version of knights of cydonia before, so that song is old to me :P more muse stat :)
