Talk to her about it tomorrow. Give it one day, so that you don't end up screaming at her, because that will lead to her screaming back at you.
Tell her that it makes you really uncomfortable, that it keeps you up, and that it really frustrates you.

i'm sorry that people are being that way...
as far as being the person not having sex... well. i don't think that's a bad thing. people make too much of everything about sex... and it shouldn't be. it sucks. gah.
