Yeah but since Mardi Gras is such a big deal and for a lot of my friends who are actually graduating on time, it's going to be their last mardi gras so I would feel weird to pull them from festivities even though I would know they really wouldn't mind. I'm celebrating it the week after. I'm not really THAT bummed out over it but it's just a little annoying. And to book a birthday dinner at one of my favorite restaurants during Mardi Gras you had to do it like two months in advance. Blah.

my friend got hit by a car on my birthday, and i felt so awful i just got really high and fell asleep at 7.
