So, I'm having issues with the lady I babysit for.  Not even for any particularly good reason either.  She has this vague idea that money owed doesn't accumulate over time when more work is done.  She didn't pay me for a week and a half, and then she assumed that she didn't owe me anything

You might try having her initial your records after every day you babysit, and in exchange giving her signed receipts when she pays you.

That could work, if I didn't think she wouldn't be responsible enough to actually keep up with it. (Or if I didn't think I'd fall behind with it sooner or later) Thanks tho..

I SUGGEST MURDER. Or fugu fish. One of the two. Or perhaps murder WITH fugu fish. Even BETTER!

On a more serious note, I think that what katerinfg said was good advice! That way she can't try to take blatant advantage of you. YOU'RE TOO NICE! (which is better than being a heinous bitch like me, but still) ^_^
