Sorry for the late reply - and thanks a lot for your comment :)

About the icon, I used multiple layers :
- layer 1 : normal 100%, smart blur (radius 3, threshold 14)
- layer 2 : hard light 100%
- layer 3 : screen 75%
Merge all, then use the burn tool & sharp toll for the eye & eyelid; and use the dodge tool for the pupils and lips to make them shinier.
