Personality → Introducing Uru, the first notable thing might be how oblivious (or rather, not observant) of her surroundings she is. Such as pulling at a door that had a sign right in front of her stating ‘push.’ She may even be quick to jump to conclusions without giving it some real deep thinking at times (like when she first met Ichirou passed out on the ground and saw the broom in Shindou’s hand- immediately thinking he had beaten the man to death.) She is mostly always a optimistic, bright, cheerful sixteen year old who always seems to smile and do anything to have those around her happy and smiling. Making others happy is actually something she would do for a living rather than for money, that is the best treasure to get in turn in her mind. She can be seen as being the most dependable person, in a way, as she’s always lending a hand to help those in the need; whether it be to cheer them up, someone to talk to, or if they’re injured. No matter what, Uru always proves to be the person that will forever be there for you, no matter rain or shine, she is definitely someone who will be there through thick and thin.
While she is dependable, she isn’t dependent, more like independent. While she always assures people to rely on her, she would never think to do the same in turn, which may cause some problems from time to time. She hates to feel like she’s become a burden to someone, hence why she’s living alone now, she refuses to cause anyone trouble by having them worry over her or having her ask for help too many times or going out of their way to help her. She would rather figures things out, deal with them, everything on her own. The reason it’s come to become a problem is she may even do just that even if she’s in pain, like when she hurt her ankle and tried to hide the fact she was hurting and continued to do her work. Though she tries to hide it all, it seems it’s nothing to hide from those close to her, who are able to see through it. Another fault would be she is painfully naïve, and while she may yell and seem to get angry at those who appear mean or bad, she always seems to find something good in someone and focuses only on that. (Though at the beginning she was sure that Shindou was a bad person, till seeing the better and nicer side of him; this could have changed her outlook on people.)
But she’s also blind enough to possibly fall into traps and dangerous situations without even being aware. Even to the point she cannot seem to realize her own romantic feelings for Shindou, and the fact that she has a few guys so in love with her. (Oblivious to everything, there’s no hinting at it-- you’ll have to be way forward and straight to the point till she’ll finally/maybe see it.) Uru is also very and extremely determined, even stubbornly so. Once she’s set her mind on something, she’ll make sure to get it through no matter what. Stubborn as a mule would be the proper phrase to compare her in this kind of situation. This shows how blunt, loud and straightforward she tends to be, without a single thought on what words to say and choose-it just comes straight out. However, she usually doesn’t talk much about herself, she would be happy to talk about the café and her friends, but anything deeper in her past or family she would rather change the subject. The reason for this once more comes back to the fact that she doesn’t want to worry or have others prying into having her rely on them. If something is bothering her she’ll deal with it herself. Of course, despite her stubbornness, she will spill if you keep nagging at her about it.
Not to mention, as said before, Uru is quick to jump to things and conclusions without much thought-so if you ignore her, she’ll quickly come to think you either hate her, don’t want to be friends with her and will inwardly panic and freak out. If you’re sick, she may just quickly think you’re dying or going to, etc. Sounds annoying to deal with her but deep down Uru simply has a big kind heart and will probably be one of the most kindest of people. She’ll get along with everyone (or at least try, even if she annoys them.) She's a friend true to heart.
Specialties/Abilities → Super Strength; She can carry someone twice her size and they would feel as light as a feather (even two guys at the same time), she can carry around two grocery bags the size of herself and they wouldn’t weigh much of anything at all (filled with things like bags of rice and etc.) She’s also had hot coffee spilled on her arms and said she was okay, because it really didn’t hurt much to really get her attention. She’s pulled door handles off by pulling instead of pushing, breaking dishes while washing them, etc. This doesn’t mean to say that if she gets hurt she won’t notice, hurting her ankle or muscle/bone will be painfully obvious just not things like hot water as much.
ALSO SHE'S REALLY GOOD AT BEING FRIENDS WITH EVERYONE AND MAKING THEM HAPPY. Least trying.
