Mary was eager to get off the ship - to see more of this Midgard Midgarts that was so like her own but completely different. Being that she was from Izlude, lived there all her life, it was a shock to see familiar-looking buildings without familiar-looking people. The layout from beyond the airship dock seemed mostly the same, with just a few cosmetic differences here and there. Mary was also eager to get off the ship for another reason - she had some questions that she needed to have answered.

Walking through the throngs of people, Mary made her way towards the town's center to try and locate one of the two individuals with whom she was going to speak: one Signius Dremire. He was either a perverted dirtbag or a scandalous one, and Mary didn't know which one bothered her more.

Signius was sitting on a bench off of a side street, his attention on the house behind the large black steel gate across from him. He seemed to be lost in thought, not even noticing that there was no one on the street other than him, nor that there was a chance that he looked as if he was casing the place for a robbery at some point. Then, after a long moment of sitting without much motion at all, he let out a sight and closed his eyes.

At least it was sunny. He took the time to enjoy the sun on his clothing and skin, not sweating under the broiling armor he usually wore. Between that and the fact that he was unarmed he felt both naked and free -- something he hadn't been in as long as he could remember.

Mary poked her way around, standing apart from crowd and glancing down alleyways and into shops. Izlude was a small town, thankfully, and though it took her longer than she would've liked, she finally found him sitting on a bench in one of the few side streets. He was unarmed and unarmored - she didn't have her armor on, though her sword was at her side. She didn't feel comfortable without it, as though it was some kind of security blanket, a piece of her old life that proved that she still had a connection.

She walked with quick, uniform steps down the street, thankful that there wasn't anyone around. Her hand rested on the hilt of her sword, and once Mary got close to Signius she kicked the side of the bench to get the man's attention.

"Kingslayer."

He hactually heard her coming before she kicked the bench, though it wasn't until her voice broke the silence that he replied, and only then after a beat. "It's pronounced Sig-knee-us. I'm sure you are aware of that after all of this time."

Opening his eyes, Signius turned his attention to Mary. "Major, to what do I owe this honor? Please, have a seat."
