I think my knees are getting worse. Lately, I can't even sit with my knees at a 90º angle for more than 20 or 30 minutes without them starting to hurt. Any longer than that and it soon becomes difficult to ignore. The kicker is that when it happens, they hurt much more immediately after I straighten them. Gets worse before it gets better kinda
