Incidentally, for anyone out there watching Leverage...

I was sending this to friends who are new to the show, and realized that not everyone reads Rogers' blog Kung Fu Monkey. The show suffers a little from "Firefly Syndrome" in which episodes were aired in a different order. The intended air order, which should be the DVD order, is --

1.) The Nigerian Job
2.) The Homecoming Job
3.) The Wedding Job
4.) ( Read more... )

While we didn't find the blog until several episodes in, we could tell there was some character arch issues. I can't wait for the DVD so I can watch them in correct order.

I really, really, really loved the Second David Job. I am going to miss the show for the next few months.

Man, I've never even gotten around to watching the first episode, and now the show's on break. If the DVDs/Blurays are coming soon enough, I'll just wait for those, I guess. :P

You'll be in good company when you do.

I know iTunes has them for $30 or so for a season's pass. They're well, well worth it in my opinion. Episodes like The Bank Shot Job or the Juror #6 Job are amongst the best TV I've seen this year.

Alternatively, I'll bet that TNT occasionally has reruns. They don't need to be watched in order, although it's handy to have seen the Nigerian Job.

You can watch them online. I do 50% of my TV watching this way nowadays.

This is TNT. They're probably going to pick a holiday weekend and run a Leverage marathon, as they do for, say, The Closer.

Which is good, because I really want to see the episodes all together, because there's no arc plot but a whole lot of arc character development.

BTW, Gina Bellman starred in one of my favorite British miniseries, "Jeckyll." You can get it from Nexflix: http://www.netflix.com/Movie/Jekyll/70075070?trkid=222336

You would probably love it, Piratecat.
