Meat trumps snow

Foul weather be damned. I got a superb book full of barbecue and smoker recipes while I was in CA, and I'm itching to try some of them out. If it reaches the hoped-for 45 degrees on Tuesday, I'm firing up a smoker. I now have 21 lbs. of fresh brisket, a third of which goes to IronChefBBQ and two thirds of which I'm cooking tomorrow.
