Dear New Starbucks girl,

Yes, i know you're new (i saw you reading the new hire stuff last week)... so here's some tips for you.  
a) when your store is out of regular caramel syrup, the caramel sauce topping is NOT a good alternative
b) when someone asks for a caramel mocha..... don't forget the mocha.

I used to make my Carmel mocha's with carmel sauce instead of carmel syrup. >.>

it might have been okay with the sauce if there was actually mocha.. but a grande extra extra extra foam um.. caramel (sauce) latte? (i think that's what'd it be)... is gross.

i mean, i'm willing to overlook some things.. but no mocha?? half a cup of foam?? she had even said "who had the caramel mocha??" before making it to ask me if the sauce was okay..
