I'm interested in the huge experience of it, but think I'm too poor and in too much debt to take the hit of 3-4 weeks of non-existent paychecks. Le sigh.

I can help out with fundraising though. Also interested in hearing what sort of thing you think a small group of people could do that would possibly help enough.

I would've thought that the secondary effects of disease and contamination would occur in the wake of a tsunami too? Homelessness would definitely occur.
