I was bitten by yet another spider. This one is kind of nasty--of course I want to take pictures of it, but I will refrain.

I really like the first one. It does a lot to characterise both the speaker and the speaker's mother all at once, and it piques interest... It's definitely my favourite overall. The sixth one sort of worries me, not writing-wise, and the third one, as well, to a different extent... i enjoyed reading these. :3
