That last story's really sweet. It's interesting how much the presence of an animal can help people.

It is. I'd love to get my (nice) cat certified, but so many people are allergic to cats that it's just not as practical.

...cats can be certified? :3 Do they have to pass little exams and aww, the mental image is somehow adorable. I didn't think cats were good test-takers.

They can! It's pretty rare because even though their test isn't as strenuous as dogs' they have to be REALLY reliable with people. And cats don't like being reliable >>
