such a frustrating day at work. trying to close the store for 5 minutes so I could pee, but people coming in at the last minute. opening boxes, cutting my finger. shipping stuff using the ups website but the website crashing over and over. copying info from excel and then excel not downloading the e-mail list. customers asking for the gamago clock
