Speak with the owner / administrator of your firewall to see if they've blocked ports, if you can. If you're on a home connection make sure you have port forwarding set up to allow you to connect through. If you're at a college or whatever and they won't let you go through 6667, try 4444 instead or install SSL onto your IRC client (mIRC details at http://www.mirc.co.uk/ssl.html, others may vary) and if all else fails give me a mail at stelaseldrasia@SPAMgmail.com and I'll try to help you out ta.

I just used 4444 as my port and it worked. Thanks, Stel. I was bored out of my mind without IRC working. :P
