The simply slim figure of Regulus made an entrance, well-postured in a light suit most normally suitable for a passing visit to the local Anglican Church - and thus quite out of place on the Slytherin. One hand rested lightly in the pocket of his slacks, fingers entwined around the almost concealed wand. "Diagon Alley was You Know Who's doing, Lord Voldermort himself. I would of figured you may or may not of known, I know there alot of Black relatives loyal to his cause."

Vincent watched and noticed the movement around Regulus's suit jacket, he wondered what Regulus thought he had wanted, did Regulus think him a threat?

"The other, I wanted to ask, why you are so distant with Noreen, it's making her unhappy, and thus upsetting me...Evan assulted her, did you hear? She told me, she didn't know what you would do about it."

"This is the most serious of the matters at hand in my mind, Noreen is important to me, I do not want to see her upset."
