Saddam is Dead.
Good riddance. Anyone that thinks that animal should have been spared needs to look out for the special that shown his rise to power and the atrocities he comitted. You couldnt even write a movie about how insane, disgusting and sick that guy was. The show about his rise to power was so shocking due to the amount of power he had over lives and the killing at will he did often with a smile.
Saddam as a child was beaten constantly by his stepfather. He had to become a thief to make ends meet. When saddam stole animals, he returned them when he was caught but he POISONED them so they died on the owners. He was a only a child.
Saddam also brought a gun to school and shot and killed someone, when they found out it was him, they found him after he ran home asleep, with the still warm gun under his pillow. Just a kid! They let him go~!
When he took power over in iraq, he falsely accused members of the parliment of treachery, then had them killed systematically with his secret police. There is video of this parliment meeting, and saddam has people removed one by one. As they begged and pleaded their innocence.
One shocker- A woman who's husband was taken away in this manner, begged and pleaded for saddam to return her husband, A few days later saddam did,
the husband was chopped up and in a bag outside her door.
Nice eh? Looks like some news people forgot the saddam created mass graves found where people were picking up the bones of their loved ones in plastic bags to bury properly.

Im not glad an old man is dead, nor do I think this fixes anything. But that suffering he dished out was unbelievable, and there was no shortage of people volunteering to execute this man.
