That's a thought trap. What you have in your own head is supposed to be enough no matter what or whom you have. Love is not reliable because even the most unwavering humans have moments when they cannot be there for others, but when a person loves another, they tend to rely on that person completely. Love becomes a necessity instead of a beautiful something extra, and as they would with water or food or a house, people who experience love experience constant discomfort at the idea of losing love.
