Well, it's a giant transdimensional prison ship, sort of, and there are inmates and wardens. The inmates are generally people who've died and this is sort of a second chance for them, and wardens are the people who do the rehabilitating.

I'm a warden. Guessing you're an inmate, from the not knowing things.

As for the book, well, could it be in any way used as a weapon?
