Maineward Bound

Today the (supposed) arctic wolf left the relative warth of the drrty drrty to head up to the northeast. Where the winters suck, the people suck because they're bitter about the winter, and...well, least the food is good.

Don't know just how long I'll be staying. Hopefully it'll be for at least a month, though I'll have a few days off to travel

Maine... now why am I having a difficult time picturing you there in *February*. *snerk*

I love the beach in the winter, I used to go up along Lake Michigan as a kid in the middle of December and January to see all the neat ice formations that would occur along the windswept west-facing beaches. At least til my hands froze off.

I hope you stay warm and safe up there and get whatever you need to do done. Best of luck, wolf.

Last time I was in Maine was 1992! I don't think the water gets any warmer in summer than it is right now so you're not missing much!
