You can rent the hall at my fire company there is ususally ALWAYS an officer there that will be glad to help you its $150 per 4 hour block - $30 each additional hour after first 4 hours. Rosedale Volunteers - Station 280
8037 Philadelphia Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21237 410-866-4042. This is extremely cheap compared to other fire halls but its up to you and we clean it!!! so no cleaning up for you lol.
