Yesterday I turned two bowls one of cherry and one of box elder. I am rather proud of them.

Wow, those look nice! I'm impressed. I think you mentioned you were doing something like that, but just hearing it doesn't get the full impact across!

One thing I like about doing this is watching the beauty emerge. Talking about it just doesn't convey the full impact.
