Ginger snaps, christmass sandwiches, snickerdoodle, peanutbutter, Peanutbutter with the chocolate stars, tea cakes of whatever ethnicity you prefer, sugar, puffy, gingerbread man, hot pepper and chocolate, kransekaga, ...........

Just a leetle bit of ginger goes really well in ccc's. So does Allspice. (AKA Jamaican Pepper, AKA English Pepper, AKA Polish Pepper...)

*sniff* I miss my KitchenAid.

As soon as we move into the new place I'm almost certainly going to get a new mixer, although I might not get another Kitchen Aid, as someone I know who's really a hard core foodie swears that there's much better cheaper models.

But once I have my mixer, I can start making pizza dough again. *droool*
