I was making wood chips this evening. I have the outside of a wooden bowl shaped. I will turn the inside later this week.

I know I have not posted in months, but not much was going on. I got a delivery of wood just last week and some wood as a present over the holidays. Now I am ready to turn..turn..turn.

Happy wood. I too am collecting wood. We are building a chicken coop as soon as the snow melts. My dad has enough scrap in his garage for the whole thing.

When did you start turning wood? That's something I've been fond of for years.

I have wanted to make furniture but in the last three yearss, I have become interested in turning.

I have had a couple of classes on spindle turning and bowl turning. They were a lot of fun.
