o1. Self Mutilation ;; i cant understand inflicting pain upon yourself to end pain. but i really cant give an answer since im not one that does it. personally, im against the idea- therse tons of other ways to release pain

Eating disorders ;; thats a tough one. i cant understand anorexia at all. not eating makes you sick, headaches, stomachaches, and puts you in a bad mood, and i know this from experience. bulimia, im really against it, but i can understand a little more why girls would fall under its spell, even though its really wrong. theres so many other ways to lose weight and be comfortbale with yourself.
