I suppose 210 calories for a half pound serving isn't too bad. I've never broiled chicken; it sems strange that 30 minutes total cooking time would be enough.
you can ALWAYS cook food further, but you cannot save food that's overcooked to the point of it being burnt to a crisp. undercook it, then test. if you don't have a thermometer, invest in one.
My scans are always at least 150 DPI at 100% size, because I've always been personally disappointed when I want to try a recipe and I can't read or print out the image. Normally I put them behind a lj-cut but I forgot this time. I've fixed that now.

bake it about an hour on 350, then test with a thermometer.
