Why don't you guys just get a letter from yer doctor that ya get yer T from stating that yer under his/her care and have been for x amount of years and that you are to be designated as legally male due to the fact that the process is irreversible? That's all I had when I went to change mine @ the AZ motor vehicle and they did it without blinking. Are the laws in NC psycho or what?

man i dont know..i guess i need to find out if i can do it that way..how do u know? do u just have to go and see what they say or would it be stated on the states dmv website?

I just went into the DMV and tried to be shady. I gave them my NY license that had my new name and the dreaded F but when I filled out their paperwork I checked the M... I heard other guys having luck with it so I figured it was worth a shot. The lady asked me about it and I told her my situation. She told me that all I would need was a letter from my doc and they could change it. They needed something that stated the changes I was going through were irreversible. Call yer DMV's 1800# and talk to a representative, that way you won't have to actually see them and talk to them and you'll have the answers to what you'll need and you can get em ready to take down to them. In NY I would have needed some type of surgical report. And here in AZ it was that easy. If all else fails? Check out the laws in other states around you and if theirs are that easy, go get you a license there and then switch it back. That's what I was gonna do before I knew I'd come back to AZ. Hell, come to my wedding and I'll take you guys on a field trip

It sux thangs feel like they changed with your girl man but try to keep thangs the same if ya want them. You both know the change is there, but if what ya feel for eachother is real man and you both are bein real with eachother then thangs will work out. She sounds like a good girl.
