we age in spurts, rough as that is, and we discover ourselves in that awkward unwished-for way -and lo and behold, families are likewise.
true, nothing "is" as it seems, but more, nothing is as it "is" -and then changes yet again... (poetry was ever born from such, yes.)
families, like people, like bodies themselves, are ever needing renewal...

no magneto runs forever. sometimes it's the bearings, sometimes the magnets, sometimes it's everything that needs overhaul. still, old-fashioned as they are, they're pretty reliable units. even broken.

Divorce took my immediate and extended family this last two years.

You and Mike have been like family to me. Without your ears and your insights I might not be on the road to better things now.

I guess we just do the best we can, and thats always pretty darned good when it comes to you and Mike.

Love the imagery in this writing, very nice.

Hoppy Holidays to you guys.

Who knows.. I have many stories to tell and much progress to share... I'm thinking I might stop in June to work on the Marion house..

I have a new dance partner and a lot of trips planned.. perhaps we'll cross paths soon.

Tell Mike hello for me.
