I have been purposely ignoring all news, both good and bad news. I think I am forcing myself to be ignorant and maybe that will lead to happiness. CNN has this thing with Wolf Blizter called the Situation Room, it is rediculous. It is just a news show with AIM Associated Press tickers on big screens
