First foray into pin curls, oh my!

I was bored last night and so decided to pin curl my hair while I was waiting for it to dry. This was my first attempt at pin curls.

this looks awesome! your hair looks about the same length as mine - mine came out sort of like this but it didn't suit me at all so i just looked like shirley temple (mine were a bit tighter) and i didn't curl my fringe (bad idea, bad contrast).

Yeah, my hair is roughly chin length when straight. And I actually didn't really curl my fringe either. I tried doing a finger wave to it, but it didn't take, so I kind of just pinned them into the shape I wanted. I was pleased anyway.

hehe, I'm obsessed :[ even to the point of ordering the stuff from the HBO store (despite it being non vegetarian!) to complete my sookie costume. of course, i consider myself more ~book sook~ than show sook, but whatevs :)
