all about setting lotion.

HALP!
I really don't know much about setting lotion, or how to roll a set with said product.
Tips?
Advice?
Stories?
Something?
What do I buy? Do I use foam rollers? Can I just use pincurls?
Any direction would be highly appreciated :)

Also, I usually use a tiny little spritzer (you can buy them at Sally's Beauty Supply for about $1 each) to mix the setting lotion and water in whatever ratio they say on the bottle. Then you can spritz each section of hair before rolling it. Personally, I use hot rollers. The setting lotion has helped a lot-- I now only use hairspray after my hair is styled to keep it in place.

This is my first set,
and it's not a very good picture,
but I'm very excited.
I see lots and lots of setting lotion in my future...
